Mid-Cape
Barnstable, Yarmouth, and Dennis sit at the Cape's midpoint, with a housing mix that ranges from Hyannis's year-round density to the quieter shoreline of Craigville and Centerville. We've handled roofing, siding, and window projects throughout the area, including in Osterville, Cotuit, Marstons Mills, West Barnstable, South Yarmouth, West Yarmouth, and both Dennis and Dennis Port.
Lower Cape
Harwich, Chatham, Brewster, and Orleans face more open Atlantic and Nantucket Sound exposure than the Upper Cape towns, which brings its own wind and salt considerations. We've worked in Harwich Port, Chatham Port, North Chatham, South Chatham, East Brewster, West Brewster, and East Orleans, among others.
Outer Cape
Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro, and Provincetown are further from our home base in Bourne, but we still take on projects out this way — particularly roofing and siding work where a homeowner wants a contractor with real Cape Cod experience rather than an off-Cape crew learning the conditions as they go.
